Finance Expertise Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Expertise Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our ERP team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials across various modules.

Your primary role will involve collaborating with clients to gather business requirements, configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Finance modules, and performing gap analysis to propose solutions based on best practices.

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and support, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare documentation, and deliver end-user training.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements across Oracle Financial modules, including Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and e-Business Tax.
  • Configure and customize Oracle EBS Finance modules to align with business needs.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose solutions based on Oracle best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
  • Strong understanding of core Oracle Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, and EBTax.
  • Proven experience in full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations and/or upgrade projects.
