About This Opportunity

This is a senior-level engineering role where you will take full ownership of paid media funnel performance. You must be skilled in React and Next.js, experienced with analytics, attribution, CRO, and fast-paced campaign testing environments.

You will partner closely with media buyers, tracking engineers, and UX designers. Your work supports real-time advertising at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fast-Loading Landing Page Development: Build and optimize mobile-first landing pages using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
  • Reusable Codebases: Create and manage reusable codebases for high-volume ad campaign deployment.
  • Tracking Integrations: Own tracking integrations including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Capture and Persist Data: Capture and persist UTMs, session data, hidden field values, and cookie handling for accurate attribution.
  • Event Tracking QA: QA all event tracking for paid traffic paths (clicks, form fills, payments, call-to-actions).
Requirements
  • 6+ years front-end experience with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
  • Direct experience integrating event tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and TikTok Pixel.
  • Proven experience building or managing mobile-first funnel infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with attribution troubleshooting, event QA, and UTM capture.
  • Strong communicator with experience working in async, remote environments.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with session replay tools like Hotjar or PostHog.
  • Familiarity with landing page frameworks, rapid testing systems, or component libraries.
  • Experience leading or mentoring devs in performance marketing settings.
