Quality Head Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head for our LV electrical panel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of product reliability and safety.

This role involves overseeing all quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

The Quality Head will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitoring and controlling quality processes across all stages of production.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Driving initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LV electrical panel or similar electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
