- Software Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring compliance with best-practice SDLC processes and standards.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with solution architects to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior team members on software development methodologies, best practices, and company standards.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with other IT teams and managers to resolve system-related problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience: 9-12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of specific technical areas, solid understanding of the solution delivery lifecycle, ability to organize and prioritize work, effective communication skills, and leadership abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), Java, Microservices, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
