We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for solar rooftop solutions in both B2C and B2B markets. Key responsibilities include driving lead generation campaigns through digital, offline, and on-ground channels, conducting market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
The ideal candidate will build and manage branding and promotional activities to increase market presence, collaborate with the sales team to design sales enablement tools and presentations, and manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media presence.
Additionally, the successful candidate will plan and execute events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote solar rooftop products, prepare and monitor marketing budgets ensuring ROI-driven campaigns, and track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 5-8 years of marketing experience preferably in Renewable Energy, Solar, Power sector.
A strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation techniques is essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
