Visual Storyteller Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team, transforming communication through secure instant chats, dynamic group communities, and seamless VoIP calls. Our platform combines on-device AI, fraud detection, multilingual ASR, and personalized recommendations—making digital communication smarter, safer, and more meaningful.

You'll craft bespoke 2D visuals that enhance storytelling and user experience across mobile, web, and marketing channels. Your work will define the visual voice of our brand.

  • Create expressive illustrations: characters, icons, scenes, editorial art, UI assets, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual style with brand tone and product goals.
  • Iterate artwork based on feedback and design needs; ensure visual consistency, style adherence, and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and maintain style guides, colour palettes, and illustration assets for cross-functional use.
  • Deliver on schedule and manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years crafting high-quality 2D illustrations in in-house or agency settings, delivering across digital media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing character art, icons, editorial illustrations, and UI/UX visuals.
Key Skills & Proficiency
  • Software Mastery: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate (or similar), with knowledge of vector and raster workflows.
  • Artistic Foundations: Strong grasp of composition, colour theory, silhouette, visual storytelling, and adaptability across styles.
  • Technical Awareness: Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, cross-platform usage (web, mobile, print).
