We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing efforts and drive business growth in the wellness industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign planning, and analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging digital tools to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive global business growth and enhance brand visibility in the wellness space.

Leverage digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Utilize expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing to improve customer engagement and lead generation in the wellness industry.

Campaign Planning and Management:

Plan, manage, and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and public relations efforts to promote wellness services.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Drive marketing automation and personalization strategies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and customer experiences.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies for the wellness industry.

Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in the wellness space.

Utilize web analytics and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite to track performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Brand Development and Customer Engagement:

Lead brand development efforts to build a strong, consistent, and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints in the wellness industry.

Drive customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Improve key customer metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals and deliverables.

Present marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on international markets and brand building in the wellness industry.

Proven track record in 360° marketing management and executing successful digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.

Skills:

Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.

Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, including ROI, CAC, CLV, and NPS.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
