Job Title: Taxation Specialist

  • Manage the end-to-end process of Direct and Indirect Taxation for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal control processes.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including income tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation independently, providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
  • Support tax planning initiatives and prepare necessary documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory tax requirements, handle queries from external consultants and internal stakeholders, and maintain open communication channels.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including Direct and Indirect Taxation matters.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
