Job Title: Performance Improvement Manager

As a Performance Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and quality within our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Performance Improvement initiatives, leveraging their expertise in clinical quality measures, process improvement, and team management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements through data-driven decision making.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all performance improvement related processes, including clinical quality measures such as sepsis, heart failure, stroke, mortality review, peer review, infection control surveillance, cardiac procedures, chart audits, dashboards, and reports.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements and expectations for PI related processes, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  4. Plan and execute the transition of new PI processes from one location to another, working closely with automation teams to automate manual processes.
  5. Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of processes, automations, and transitions, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.
  6. Lead the PI team with exceptional resource management, time management, and project management skills to achieve successful transition of PI processes in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, Data Analytics.
  2. Excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Any clinical background (pharmacy, nursing, dental, Ayurved, Homeopathy).
  2. MBA or MHM.
  3. Minimum 5 years of US healthcare experience.
  4. Minimum 5 years of management experience.
