Structural Dynamics Simulation Engineer\

We are seeking an experienced Structural Dynamics Simulation Engineer to join our team.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural finite element analysis, including both static and dynamic simulations. They should be proficient in utilizing practical experience to conduct Finite Element Analysis and Applied Mechanics testing.

\

A key responsibility of the role is to perform structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing using practical experience. This includes executing vibration testing and data processing using legacy M S tools for structural qualification.

\

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting durability analysis to ensure the longevity and reliability of parts and assemblies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing using practical experience\
  • Execute vibration testing and data processing using legacy M S tools for structural qualification\
  • Conduct durability analysis to ensure the longevity and reliability of parts and assemblies\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives\
  • Contribute to the development of vibration-based test facility condition monitoring\
  • Support artificial intelligence initiatives aimed at improving structural analysis and testing processes\
  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with team members\
  • Hold a Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D degree in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience specifically in the field of mechanical engineering climate products\
  • Possess at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in conducting Structural and Dynamics Simulations\
  • Have experience in vibration testing using LMS or B K data acquisition\
  • Experience in performing FE-Test comparisons for dynamic analysis is required\
  • Experience in conducting accelerated vibration life testing for dynamic and thermal issues would be an advantage\
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals with a strong knowledge base in Strength of Materials, Failure Theories, Mechanical Vibrations and Artificial Intelligence\
  • Candidates with expertise in structural health monitoring, durability analysis using data science and AI methodologies preferably based on field data will be given preference\
  • Familiarity with fatigue calculations using tools such as nCode or FE Safe is necessary\
