- 10-15 years of experience in digital transformation or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation within the organization.
