About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Data Science Leader who can demonstrate and guide technical leadership within a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, and application engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes, and thought leadership in data science, positioning themselves as a technical decision-maker.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-impact data science solutions and services
- Staying updated on AI/ML advancements and prototyping innovative solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and execute technical strategies across data, machine learning, applications, and insights
- Leading and mentoring teams across multiple clients and projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering data science solutions and services
- Strong problem-solving skills to engage with clients and structure discussions around unstructured challenges
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data systems (Hadoop, Snowflake)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
