Content Creator and Designer

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging visual content, brainstorm marketing initiatives, and drive user interest through their designs and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design posters, banners, templates, emailers, newsletters, packaging, infographics, and storyboards for digital use.
  • Create and edit informational and educational videos explaining key concepts and program features through visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate academic or product objectives into engaging design assets.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all content, optimizing for usability and learner experience.
  • Bring creativity to data visualization by converting concepts and stats into easy-to-understand infographics and visuals.
  • Develop content that aligns with our visual identity and supports lead generation efforts and marketing conversions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign and brand development.
  • Stay updated with edtech design trends and e-learning best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related creative field.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience with an agency background.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work including educational materials or marketing content.
  • Experience in video editing and creating infographic-style videos.
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
