We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our mission-driven team and contribute to the development of scalable backend systems that support high-traffic applications.

  • Design, optimize, and implement scalable backend systems that meet the demands of high-traffic applications.
  • Develop and maintain testable, efficient, and reusable code that aligns with industry best practices.
  • Lead project prioritization and deliverables with technical expertise and strategic vision.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive user-facing products forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience working as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience working with Django, Fast API, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of database systems and their application in software development.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Ability to optimize scalability and performance.
  • Excellent coding, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Interview Process:

  • Round 1: AI-assisted screening.
  • Round 2: Experience-related discussion and coding question assessment.
  • Round 3: Founder-led interview.
