Job Role Overview

This role involves delivering specialist technical support services to customers across various regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in troubleshooting tools, trace and log file analysis tools, and measuring equipment. Experience with cloud and container infrastructure is also highly valued.

  • Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
  • Level 2 Technical Support – TAC - Packet Core.
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills.
  • Linux Cloud certification.
