Lead Large-Scale Interior Design Projects

Hiring a Senior Interior Designer to oversee the interior design process from initial concept to final execution, translating client needs for large-scale projects into compelling, functional spaces.

The Opportunity
  • Drive the interior design process for government and private sector projects across India, focusing on delivering exceptional results within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications to meet client expectations.
  • Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Act as the primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscene, or Lumion).
  • Exceptional skills in space planning, deep understanding of building codes, and strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Natural communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, with a focus on sustainable design practices.
