The successful candidate will lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics, overseeing cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives. This individual must ensure alignment with business objectives and timely project delivery.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Develop a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is desirable.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
