Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Zoho Developer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing and implementing various Zoho solutions such as CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings.

The role involves developing custom applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating Deluge code, functions, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance application functionality.
  • Writing complex scripts to integrate Zoho products with external systems via APIs and webhooks.
  • Managing the entire development life cycle, from concept to production, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintaining accurate technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Integrating Zoho applications with external systems to create seamless workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Using the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Providing timely technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator, as well as other Zoho products.
  • Proficiency in custom application development and integration with other systems to drive innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development and IT principles.
  • Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is highly valued, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is an added advantage, enhancing the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Zoho certification is a plus, indicating expertise in Zoho technologies and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
