We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join our team at Godrej Properties Limited.
As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of MEP services in our projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of MEP activities.
Your primary focus will be on tracking, monitoring, and coordinating on-site activities with Project Management Consultants/MEP contractors, driving adherence to project plans, product design, and quality norms, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for implementing all quality and safety initiatives at project locations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Tracking and Coordination: Track spends against allocated project budgets and develop cost-effective plans for MEP infrastructure projects, ensuring quality services within budget constraints.
- Budget Management: Revises costs as per requirements through joint discussions with AVP Projects & GM Design, sending revised proposals to HO for final sign-off.
- Vendor Management: Certifies bills of consultants, follows up with contacts and accounts to ensure timely payments to consultants.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from ₹15.00 lakhs - 25.00 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data.
