ServiceNow Developer IV

This is a senior-level ServiceNow Developer role where you'll be responsible for driving the technical vision and execution of complex ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale ServiceNow instances to meet business needs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT development with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (especially ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and modules like CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of integrations (e.g., with Jira, Workday, Oracle) using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong scripting background – JavaScript, Python, etc.
  • A mindset for automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
