Job Title: DevOps Lead - Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team at Tecstub India LLP. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in DevOps and AWS. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our eCommerce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy for our eCommerce application development projects.
  • Utilize deep expertise in AWS services to design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Design and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable smooth and rapid software releases.
  • Implement monitoring tools and strategies to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
  • Ensure the security of applications and infrastructure by implementing best practices and compliance standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and other cross-functional teams to streamline the development and deployment processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services and solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
