Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases to guarantee software excellence.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve software defects efficiently.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to safeguard our software solutions.
  • Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements for optimal results.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles to streamline our development process.
  • Document test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools effectively.
  • Continuously enhance automation frameworks and improve testing processes for better outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance with expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting is required.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git is necessary.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
