Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Web Development Director to spearhead our team in delivering cutting-edge web applications that meet the highest standards of accessibility and quality.

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong background in ASP.net MVC frameworks, .NET C#, and MS-SQL.
  • A proven track record of developing WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant web applications that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Proficiency in one or more MVC frameworks (ASP.NET MVC) and a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI, and ARIA roles.
  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies that enable seamless user experiences.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control systems, and CI/CD practices that streamline development workflows.

This role requires excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to drive team success and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
