Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

The primary function of this role is to manage and oversee the process of client onboarding for loan documentation. This involves gaining a comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and its management, particularly in relation to Loan Against Securities and other funding products.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical methodologies. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and proactive, with a focus on meeting internal and external customer needs and achieving customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including vendors and staff, to ensure seamless execution and storage of loan documentation. Additionally, they will assist in the preparation and reporting of MIS, as well as supervise and manage staff working on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of loan documentation and its management, including Loan Against Securities and other funding products.
  • Identifying discrepancies and proposing optimal solutions using logical methodologies.
  • Executing and storing loan documentation efficiently.
  • Managing vendor relationships and payments.
  • Preparing and reporting MIS.
  • Supervising and managing staff working on assigned projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum B-Com Graduate degree with rich experience in the finance industry, or an MBA/Professional/Post Graduate degree in Finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
