Job Title: Computer Operator-cum-MTS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to fill the role of Computer Operator-cum-MTS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales, customer interaction, and digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Operations: Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and databases, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, typing, and graphics work as needed, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Handle cold calling, lead generation, and lead handling, drive sales efforts to meet targets.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, provide exceptional customer service.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and monitor analytics, create and publish blog posts on various topics.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks and provide general support to the team.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduation in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), knowledge of networking fundamentals, database management skills, basic graphics design skills, fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), blog posting and content creation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
