Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative design team to develop engaging educational content.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide guidance and feedback for maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with departments for graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.
Outsourcing and Vendor Management:
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure company standards are met.
Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
  • Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all company graphics.
  • Develop quality control procedures for high-quality graphics and brand adherence.
  • Review and approve graphic materials before final production or publication.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
Innovation with AI:
  • Experience with AI-related graphics design tools, especially in videos, audios, and graphics.
  • Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies for immersive visual content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Experience managing external vendors and outsourcing graphic projects.
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and keen eye for quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
  • Strong skills in visualizing and creating educational content.
