Job Title: Visual Content Creator

As a visual content creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics.

You'll work closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content. Your primary focus will be on developing creative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collaterals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing visual elements across all platforms, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Preparing final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience, preferably in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
