Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content across various formats including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and web pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into powerful narratives that drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct research to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the content process from ideation and writing to final approvals.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely deadlines are met.
  • Partner with design to bring content to life visually through infographics, eBooks, and other creative mediums.
  • Review and refine content from others, offering constructive feedback.
  • Use analytics to measure impact and fine-tune the content strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation within the IT sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing, and storytelling with experience creating content for diverse formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content performance analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) tools such as WordPress and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced agile environment.
