Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Experience Architect to drive the end-to-end design strategy for merging two high-visibility domains into a single, unified AEM-based platform.

You will partner closely with Product, Development, QA, SEO, Analytics, Content, and Stakeholder teams to translate complex business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Own the consolidated UX vision, defining design principles, patterns, and success metrics that align with organizational goals.
  • Architect and govern a production-ready design system comprising 100+ responsive components, 5 enterprise-grade templates, and micro-interaction specifications, ensuring strict WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
  • Lead a distributed UX/UI team: mentor senior and mid-level designers, conduct rigorous design reviews, and establish best-practice playbooks (style guidelines, naming conventions, version control).
