  • Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to update content library items in Oracle HCM with images, hyperlinks, and text edits
  • The selected candidate will perform updates and changes to Recruitment Fast Formulas
  • This position involves designing functional specifications for inbound and outbound integrations such as integrating contingent workers from external systems into Oracle HCM
  • Another key responsibility includes implementing HCM security changes to manage access for contingent workers
  • Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical configurations
  • Finally, the successful candidate will support testing, validation, and issue resolution for all related enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules is required
  • A good understanding of Recruitment Fast Formula logic and usage is essential
  • Experience in integration functional design including HDL, HCM Extracts, or Web Services knowledge is advantageous
  • Knowledge of HCM Security roles, profiles, and access control for contingent workers is crucial
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and functional teams is vital
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary
