Software Engineering LeadershipJob Description

The Software Engineering Leadership role is a key position within the organization, responsible for guiding and overseeing the technical direction of our software development teams. The successful candidate will be a seasoned engineer with strong leadership skills, able to mentor and guide junior engineers while owning end-to-end responsibility for complex technical projects.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of system design, architecture, and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, NodeJS, and TypeScript, as well as experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS and GCP.

The Software Engineering Leadership role involves:

  • Leading software development teams and providing technical direction and guidance
  • Owning end-to-end responsibility for complex technical projects from conception to completion
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Developing and implementing engineering processes and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in system design and architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS and GCP
