Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team in developing advanced language models tailored to domain-specific applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in NLP and designing, implementing, and optimizing language models to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Development: Conduct research in NLP, design and implement language models, and optimize them for domain-specific applications.
  • Analysis and Preprocessing: Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality input for training models.
  • Model Evaluation: Design and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks, and iterate on improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP and ML, with experience in developing and optimizing language models. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on NLP or ML.
  • A solid understanding of fine-tuning techniques like full fine-tuning and PEFT techniques like LoRA and QLoRA.
  • Experience with Gen AI libraries/frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and LangSmith.
  • At least 5 years of research experience in NLP, speech, computer vision, multimodal, machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
