Job Summary:

The role involves conducting research, analyzing trends, and providing valuable insights across multiple sectors in a fast-evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, innovations, market dynamics, and customer behavior to support decision-making and identify risks or opportunities.
  • Analyze data from diverse sources using structured research methodologies and frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable insights through well-crafted reports, presentations, and summaries with clear recommendations.
  • Track and interpret cross-industry mega trends and apply them across domains; develop research strategies using secondary sources and analyst input.
  • Manage and structure raw data into usable formats, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Perform headline and deep-dive analysis, highlighting trends and insights to support strategic decisions and sales teams.
  • Maintain quality standards through approved methodologies and best practices; ensure findings are error-free, structured, and documented.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a master's degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, or a related field is required. Candidates with an Engineering or technical background will be preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in research or related consulting roles is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Gartner, GlobalData, Capital IQ, Hoovers, etc. is essential.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • A high attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality in reporting is crucial.
