Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Innovator to join our team and drive the development of innovative makeup and skincare products that meet international standards.

About This Role

  • Lead the formulation process for new and innovative products that align with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop cutting-edge formulations that meet consumer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all products are safe, effective, and compliant with global regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, tests, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and testing methods.
  • Experience with international regulations and standards (FDA, EU, etc.).
  • Creative problem-solver with passion for product innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing products for multiple markets.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in product development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
