Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our strategic business intelligence initiative. This role will work closely with our lead SME and client stakeholders to optimize business intelligence usage, including ETL development, dashboard inventory, and performance tuning.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic BI Support & Development: Assist in configuring DOMO instances, managing user roles, and setting up data governance policies.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines using DOMO Magic ETL and SQL transforms.
  • Develop and enhance dashboards using DOMO Cards, Pages, and DDX Bricks.
  • Monitor data refreshes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with DOMO and its associated tools and technologies.
