Senior AEM Developer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AEM Developer to spearhead our team's efforts in delivering innovative Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Core AEM Concepts, including Sling, JCR, OSGi, and Sightly/HTL.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and SPA frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of back-end practices like Sling Models, Custom Services, and AEM Dispatcher rules.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, encompassing activity creation, audience targeting, reporting, and optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with AEM Forms, including adaptive forms, form data models, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of web security principles, including CSP, input validation, and authentication protocols.
  • Strong debugging skills and performance optimization mindset.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on AEM development experience.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
