Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing risk assurance and ensuring that our internal policies and processes are adhered to consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide risk assurance by identifying and evaluating risks, and ensuring that they are being managed appropriately.
- Own the end-to-end process improvement from a compliance perspective, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective.
- Assess risks and their impacts, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Review and advise on the effectiveness and efficiency of our controls, and assist in implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and root causes, and develop meaningful action plans for improvement.
- Conduct process reviews, identify findings and root causes, and prepare draft reports.
- Follow up on open issues and review closure of action plans.
- Develop and deliver training and focus group discussions to drive closure of issues.
- Preferred Chartered Accountant or University degree in business or finance.
- Professional certifications like CISA/CIA are preferred.
- 6-15 years of progressive work experience in risk-based internal audits in Big 4 accounting firms and/or KPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of controls and processes, with exposure to best practices in the industry.
- Strong eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
