  • Production coordination with craftsmen, factory production, and managing schedules and processes are key responsibilities.
  • A keen eye for detail is required, with a commitment to constantly improving quality and processes.
  • Prior experience in furniture clusters and companies is beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate should be motivated, dedicated, and disciplined, with a willingness to learn and improve daily.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with designers, clients, and labor.
  • Tech skills in 3D modeling, CAD/3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. are required.
