UiPath RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled UiPath RPA Developer to excel in process automation.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role will collaborate closely with client and IT teams to monitor daily RPA processes, facilitate the handoff of RPA outputs to manual processing teams, and identify new automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the feasibility of automation opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools to streamline business processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed bots to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements as business needs evolve.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes and solutions.
Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath.
  • Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills & Attributes :
  • UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Developer).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
