Job Opportunity: HVAC Design Expert

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality design output across HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems to meet project objectives, specifications, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project discipline scope elements are delivered in compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Lead concept, schematic, and detailed design development of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for commercial, residential, retail, hospital, and high-rise projects.
  • Perform engineering calculations for HVAC loads, PHE, and Firefighting systems; select suitable systems and equipment.
  • Develop design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and reports using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM360.
  • Verify peer review and QA/QC compliance of design deliverables as per company procedures.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integration of design outputs.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers/designers for accuracy and efficiency of work.
  • Support space planning, design reviews, and value engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee design production for district cooling, VRV systems, heat recovery ventilation, kitchen and basement ventilation, and other specialized HVAC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international, national, and authority codes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Assist with project management duties, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
