Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our pricing and growth strategies, driving revenue growth and user acquisition through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

  • This role entails designing, executing, and analyzing pricing and packaging experiments across product and marketing touch-points.
  • The ideal candidate will determine optimal price points for new and existing SKUs using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design is crucial in defining and executing the pricing roadmap.
  • Deep market, user behavior, and competitive research will inform pricing strategies.
  • The successful candidate will optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.
  • They will translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and refining pricing models for maximum revenue impact is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

  • Design and execute pricing and packaging experiments to drive revenue growth and user acquisition.
  • Determine optimal price points for new and existing products or services.
  • Analyze data from experiments to inform pricing strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Design.
  • Communicate research and experimentation results to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or mathematics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, preferably in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, such as A/B testing or multivariate testing.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Amplitude or Looker.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
