Job Title: Product Strategy Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned product professional with a deep understanding of the payments landscape, possessing a proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.

As the Head of Product - RuPay, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and revenue for the business across segments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the product strategy for the RuPay, including product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, compliance, and legal, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Drive the development of the product roadmap, short-term and long-term strategy for allotted products considering customer demand and analytics.
  • Decide the overall product offering for these products to increase its top line and transaction volume.
  • Collaborate with business teams to decide the product costing and pricing.
  • Drive feature enhancements for allotted products to implement future product lines and ensure timely development of these features.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of card-on-device tokenization, EMVCo standards, and experience as a Tech Product Manager is essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful credit card products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Technical Competencies include Product Design & Development, Solutions & Engagement Management, Stakeholder Management, Commercial Acumen & Business Analytics, Project Management Skills, Analytical Skills.
