As a key member of our leadership team, we are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the development and implementation of our logistics-tech platform.

Job Overview:

Our company is building an innovative technology infrastructure to simplify and optimize the way shippers and logistics service providers connect. To drive this vision, we need a CTO who can lead product development, architecture, and engineering decisions, while partnering with our founding team on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the technology roadmap to achieve business objectives
  • Create scalable and reliable products for the logistics ecosystem, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Lead cross-functional teams in product development, architecture, and engineering decisions
  • Collaborate with the founding team to drive strategic growth and expansion
  • Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team to support our ambitious goals
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIT, BITS, or global equivalent)
  • Demonstrate proven experience in building and scaling SaaS, logistics-tech, or marketplace platforms
  • Possess strong technical expertise with hands-on ability to drive innovation
  • Exhibit strategic leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments is advantageous
