Electronic Test Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electronic Test Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading the development and implementation of electronic test plans for ASIC/SoC products.

  • Leveraging expertise in ATE platforms, such as Teradyne ETS800/ETS88/ETS364 or Advantest V93K/T2K, to design and execute manufacturing test flows that meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements for each test phase, including pass/fail criteria.
  • Leading the migration of new products from R&D to high-volume manufacturing phase and providing technical support for technical issues.
  • Maintaining product yield, test time, and DPPM metrics, and developing detailed plans for yield improvement.
  • Aiding team members in adapting to changing product deliverables.
  • Representing Product Engineering in technical forums and collaborating with teams across different time zones.
  • Defining product DFT and test requirements pre-PG, including designing ATE HW for lowest cost solutions.
  • Executing qualification cycles for Si and package to automotive, industrial, and commercial standards.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with lab equipment and knowledge of IC test methodologies. Proficiency in software programs written in C, C++, C#, and comfort working with Windows and Linux operating systems is also required.
