EMR Implementation Expert

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end EMR implementation process, encompassing assessment, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in EMR system functionality, clinical workflows, and project management principles. They will be responsible for training healthcare professionals on optimal use of the EMR system, ensuring seamless adoption and maximizing its benefits.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and tailor the EMR system to meet their specific requirements. This may involve customizing system modules, streamlining workflows, and implementing data migration strategies to ensure accuracy and reliability.

You will also play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely support to resolve any concerns or challenges that arise during implementation. Effective documentation of processes and provision of constructive feedback for improvement are essential aspects of this position.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field.
  • No less than 23 years of experience in EMR/EHR implementation or healthcare IT projects, preferably with a strong background in clinical workflows.
  • Excellent communication, training, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
