ValGenesis Cloud Architect Job Description

We are seeking a talented Cloud Architect to join our innovative product engineering team at ValGenesis. As a Cloud Architect, you will play a vital role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions that empower our global customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures that meet business requirements and technology landscapes.
  • Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical solution approaches using a combination of open-source and commercial technologies.
  • Participate in the complete development life cycle with agile principles as the technical go-to person.
  • Review architecture, design, and code of self and others.
  • Architect enterprise platforms and application features/services using microservices, microfrontend patterns, and Azure cloud services.
  • Own and be accountable for the performance, scalability, reliability, and sustainability of the platform/product architecture.
  • Strive for self-excellence and mentor others to enable success of the development/engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and developing enterprise/cloud software products.
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, microfrontend architecture.
  • Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, Python, Azure Cloud Services, and DevOps.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Next JS, etc.).
  • Strong experience in container-based development, AKS, Service Fabric, etc.
  • Strong experience in messaging queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
  • Strong experience in Azure Services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.).
  • Strong experience in databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and knowledge of BI solutions.
  • Strong experience in data structures, algorithms, architectural patterns, and system design.
  • Good knowledge of code quality, code monitoring, performance engineering, and test automation tools.
