Senior AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust AI-powered software applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered software applications using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
