Lead Advanced Analytics Expert

We are seeking a Lead Advanced Analytics Expert to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will lead project teams in designing and deploying advanced analytics solutions to drive business value.

  • About the Role:
  • Design and deploy cutting-edge AI applications to solve complex business problems in insurance and healthcare industries.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with client stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop clear analytics problem statements.
  • Develop and implement plans to design, deploy, and validate analytics solutions with a product mindset.
  • Drive execution of analytics projects by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and communicate how analytics results improve clients' business and financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Achieve at least 2-3 years of experience in leading multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and related functional areas.
  • Demonstrate ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics and data-driven problem statements.
  • Have hands-on experience in scoping, development, validation, and deployment of analytic solutions with a product-oriented approach.
  • Apply knowledge of DS/ML/DE/AI techniques and interpret results from a business perspective.
  • Identify patterns in data and deliver impactful insights for informed decision-making.
  • Showcase expertise in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered.
  • Exhibit proficiency in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools like R and/or Python.
  • Display exceptional written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Obtain any additional certifications or training programs that enhance your analytical skills.
