About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in building and scaling modern web applications.

This role requires a balance of both frontend and backend development skills, with a focus on creating performant, secure, and scalable applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Building and maintaining RESTful APIs for seamless integration between client and server components.
  • Implementing server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js to optimize SEO and performance.
  • Developing reusable UI components and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers.
  • Writing clean, modular, and optimized code following best coding practices.
  • Implementing security measures such as authentication, authorization, and data validation.
  • Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Working on database design, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.

The required skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with REST API development and third-party API integrations.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Solid understanding of database design, schema modeling, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.
  • Experience with Git, code reviews, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control best practices.
  • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

The nice-to-have skills for this role include:

  • Experience working with TypeScript for strongly typed development.
  • Exposure to GraphQL for API design and data fetching.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture.
  • Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
