Business Development Manager

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the eco-friendly packaging sector.
Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities with existing clients and potential new clients.
  • Expand the company's market reach.
Lead Generation:
  • Prospect and develop new business leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
Sales Plan Implementation:
  • Design and execute new sales plans.
Market Analysis:
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify potential areas for growth.
Presentation and Proposals:
  • Work closely with the sales, operation, and production teams to ensure that customer requirements are met effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
  • Familiarity with the packaging industry and market trends is a plus.
